Somos una empresa social y solidaria dedicada al cuidado
domiciliario de adultos mayores y personas con discapacidad o con
enfermedades crónicas. La Cooperativa está integrada por cuidadores
domiciliarios cooperativos.
Actualmente, la Cooperativa está conformada por 130 asociados y
atiende a más de 100 pacientes; recibiendo solicitudes de distintas
organizaciones relacionadas con la salud, de médicos geriatras,
gerontólogos y recomendaciones de familiares que han utilizado
nuestros servicios.
Trabajar en pos de mejorar la calidad de vida de los cuidadores y cuidandos, con sus respectivas familias:
Brindar un servicio de cuidados a personas adultas, con discapacidad temporal o permanente a partir de los 18 años, potenciando la calidad de vida de la persona asistida.
Generar trabajo genuino y de calidad para nuestros asociados y asociadas.
Un crecimiento en forma sostenible y constante basados en la participación, compromiso y democracia, pilares de nuestra
matriz cooperativa.
Capacitarse en la tarea de servicio en forma permanente adquiriendo día a día mejores herramientas para el adecuado cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos como es el perfil de cuidador domiciliario cooperativo.
Optimizar los derechos socioeconómicos-laborales de nuestros asociados y asociadas, favoreciendo una mejor integración comunitaria donde el eje somos las personas.
Desde la Cooperativa nos proponemos determinar pautas comunes en el cuidado domiciliario de adultos
mayores y personas con discapacidad, de acuerdo con las características existentes, procurando promover la
autonomía de la persona.
Una de las claves de nuestro servicio es el entendimiento con la persona cuidada. Esto implica conocer y
comprender no sólo su situación sino también sus intereses, para poder contribuir a alcanzar la mejor calidad
de vida posible. La generación de este vínculo es un pilar fundamental en el trabajo de las y los cuidadores.

Esta asociación tiene por objetivo determinar pautas comunes en el cuidado domiciliario de adultos mayores y
personas con discapacidad, de acuerdo con la limitación existente pero intentando interferir lo menos posible
en la autonomía de la persona, por tanto, la atención es basada en el conocimiento de quién es cuidado,
comprendiendo no sólo su situación sino también conociendo sus intereses, ayudándoles a alcanzar la mejor
calidad de vida posible, pilar fundamental en el accionar de los cuidadores.
Su principal fuerte no solo radica en un trabajo cualitativo que llevamos adelante, con un alto grado de
satisfacción de los pacientes, sino en el cuidado de las propias integrantes de la Cooperativa, apostando a la
capacitación permanente, acceso a obra social, pago de aportes, contratación de seguros, asistencia
psicológica, involucramiento y participación en la toma de decisiones, amplio acceso a la gestión cooperativa,
caracterizado por el cuidado de la persona, la cual es el centro y fin último del sistema cooperativo.-

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others.
